1. There’s a 2 step process for some items, First complete the order form (to gather information), then follow the processes to complete your order with payment via payfast.

2. If you get an error for shipping, please ensure you have selected a shipping option, which is either:
2.1 – your full address for delivery including the postal code
2.2 – it’s “you collect” which means you will be collecting in Voorbrug Delft.

3. Once you click pay with payfast, you will need your banking details to do payment.

4. You will immediately receive a automated email indicating all the details you have entered for your purchase.

5. Once your payment has been processed, your order is confirmed and sent for processing. If we require any further information from you we will be in contact via email or whatsapp.
